Why are men such babies about their cars? major rant!?

I mean it's just a car! I had an accident in my boyfriend's car and the guy I hit was about to cry because I hit his precoious perfect classic mustang! And kept crying that it probaly couldn't be fixed! Oh brother! And I also I didn't tell my boyfriend about it at first since I knew how much he loved his stupid car and then the insurance company called him and he yelled at me! But his car only had a minor scratch that wasn't noticeable but he noticed it last weekend when he washed it and assumed someone hit him and kept going, I said nothing at the time but now he's acting like a baby and not speaking to me. he didn't even ask if I was okay! Why are guys like this? I mean it's just a car! I love my rose garden and my greenhouse but I'm not going to act like a baby if someone picks a flower! Geez!Why are men such babies about their cars? major rant!?

Why are women such babies about their relationships, their clothes, their shoes, their hair and their figures? Besides, a flower isn't quite the same as a car now, is it?





I own a cherry 1993 Chevrolet Sportside pickup, and i get sick to my stomach when something happens to it.
1st- thank goodness it was minor and you didn't get hurt


2nd- you were in the wrong and you should have told him


3rd- people work hard and value their possesions


4th- if he is more worried about the car than you that should tell you something about your relationship

In High School my friend was restoring a Camaro and some old lady blew a red light and totaled it. He cried. I wouldn't cry because my car's just a Corolla, but I'd be pissed off.
The cars are very important to me and are very expensive. I wouldn't want to get them damaged. That is why I park in open spaces and keep them as perfect as I can.
