How can you put mp3 files on a Samsung Rant?

I have read the manual, and it only says how to make a folder to put stuff into. I have connected it to my computer and it only takes the pictures from my phone and puts it on my computer. I just want an answer of how to put music onto it, not how to get ringtones. I would really perefer if you wouldn't just vote for your answer immediatly, and if you knew what you were taliing about it would help too. I just got a Samsung Rant and almost immediately after reading the manual and customizing the basics I wanted to put music on it. It was a headache for me since my computer didn't recognize it at first, but after it finally did this is how I got mine...





After you plug it into the computer (then the go to mass storage %26gt; connect to PC), look in your My Computer folder for a new removable disk which will be for your phone should have appeared. I just saved about 30 songs in that new drive (if you see a Music folder, that might work but mine I just saved in the first). After I unplugged the phone all the mp3 files showed up fine. Just go into Entertainment and music and you should be able to create playlists or listen to all music.Hope that helps.How can you put mp3 files on a Samsung Rant?
Why do you need to transfer them from iTunes to Windows Media? I didn't use either. I use iTunes as well but ignored it and just copied and pasted the songs I wanted directly from where they are saved on the hard drive. Oh well, I'm glad I could help :)
