I have a Samsung Rant from sprint and when I make ringtones, I need to convert them to 3G2 files so that they will work as ringtones in my phone. What is the best free MP3 to 3G2 converter that I can get for free online, so that it can quickly convert the files. AVS for you is **** and doesn't work.
