What I really want is the name of this show - couldn't find it on Google. I think it used to run on the Afternoon Show after school in the late 80s-early 90s. All you'd see was this little stick figure of a man being drawn by an animator's hand. The drawer would stuff the little man around and play tricks on him by redrawing the scenes, which would turn the little man into a raving lunatic. The man would rant in this weird language and wave his fists about until the drawer erased the picture and redrew it to his liking - hilarious!! I think it was Hungarian or some such.Remember an old ABC cartoon with a crazy pencil-drawn man who'd walk along a single line %26amp; rant at the drawer?

I have been like this for awhile now, and am wondering whats going on, here is my rant...?
K so, sometimes im sitting somewhere and all of a sudden im like, whoa i have seen this exact situation, place, words being said before, but i dont know where i know this situation from, and i kinda black out a little bit... and i cant communicate properly with people, i start studdering, geting nervous etc... and thinking that everybody is looking and thinking of me badly. and i have my crazy ups and downs, which i think is a mild bipolar disease... but i can also fortell things that are coming, for example, if im watching deal or no deal on tv, and i can tell exactly what the amount in the next case is going to be... but the main thing im worried about is when im hanging out and the situation seems very reconized.... and i cant remember aything of my childhood.. bu i am a very normal 21 year old girl, lots of friends, i consider myself very pretty, but i think that there is something wrong, or right with myself and i know i should go see a shrink, but i want to have an idea beforeI have been like this for awhile now, and am wondering whats going on, here is my rant...?

Don't want to know what happened just want to know how my fellow Trekkers ranted it.Will watch tomorrow if weather allows. OH! what type of theater should I watch it in. Can go to small town regular screen, multiplex or drive to the city(150 miles away) and watch on one of those Hugh 3 screen deals(if they are showing it on them).What are those things called anyway? look im not gonna lie to you, i am a huge star trek fan, this was not a star trek movie, this was a star wars movie which misappropriated the star trek mythology. i give it a 5... it was a decent movie but not great, i dont know why all the fans out there have been so easily wooed by explosions and action at the expense of a great star trek story. live long and prosper.Who got to watch Star Trek tonight? it kinda feels like one day i just woke up and was like ';hey lets go meet the person that can piss me off the most in the world and have a child with him!';

We aren't incredibly stupid as we are both pre-med students but wow you would think so! Today I found out I have Placenta Abruption at 22 weeks pregnant and he hasn't talked to me one time.Anybody else have a child with the person who pisses them off the most? kind of a free rant for moms with exs?
LOL, my husband had kids with the one woman he could barely stand! (obviously before we met). But it makes you wonder, doesn't it? You meet someone, can't STAND their personality, can't stand THEM, yet have kids with them! I did the same with my ex, and you look back and go WTF was THAT?!?! My husband and I both look at each others exes and laugh because they are SO not suited to each of us that it's not even funny!
haha lol.. im almost 28 weeks pregnant by my on again off again boyfriend of almost a year.. and sometimes i think he jus likes pissing me off cuz thats wat he does best.. he's hurt me in more ways than i even knew was possible, but yet i love him.. i understand completely wat ur going through..
Yeah my ex and father of my son is an absolute idiot, best thing I ever did was get rid of him when our son was 2 (he's now 5). I always knew he was a s.h.i.t from day one but stuck with him thinking I could 'do some good' in changing him, naive yes, but I thought I was right at the time and stuck with him for 4 years! My parents disapproved but in a way that made me even more determined. He now has a child with someone else (who's 8 yrs his junior) and I don't get a penny of support and he has very patchy commitment at the best of times. The only good thing that come out of that relationship was MY son.
My child's father basically had a one night stand with me (forget that it took him like 3 months to ask!) Anyway, the condom broke, and I'm 22.5 weeks pregnant now! He dropped out when I was 10 weeks, then contacted me back (after I threatened to keep his son from him) LAST Wednesday agreeing to meet Sunday. It was Monday at 2 am before I like an idiot drove over there. I fell asleep waiting on a poker game to finish. At EIGHT he finally comes in when I'm about to leave, gets mad when I say I've decided on a name and says he's gonna be there now. I asked him to meet again and actually talk but when I refused to come he quit talking again. Plus he smokes/smoked weed. So, he's not going to be in James's life and I may or may not file for support. That's still to be decided (I want NO visitation).

Well, depending the nature of the question I might let them yap. If I need the answer right away, I will just simply cut them off, %26amp; re ask the question and tell them to just answer me with yes or no. As far as the first responder, give me a break! You don't know her, but sometimes you need a simple yes or no, and thats it. It doesnt mean she doesn't let her children ';communicate'; with her. never ever close your child off to communication. if you stop caring about what they have to say, there will come a day when an angry teenager will lash out and not tell you whats going on, and who knows what that could be, drugs, gangs, sex, whatever. just listen and nod and pretend to be interested in your child and get over it. obviously you don't care about whether or not your child has positive experiences, let's just hope your children become warm and caring individuals, because they're apparently not getting that at home.
Your child wants you to know what is going on in their life. Just like you like to talk to your friends and family about whats going on in yours. What may be meaningless to you may actually mean something to your child. Just listen and if its random babble tune them out, but listen first they may have problems or may have something happen that was exciting!!! Your child have a right to have a voice and say.
I love to hear about my kids' day. They always go on and on and I love to listen. But I do have a 10 year old that talks nonstop whether I ask her a question or not. She even talks to herself.....in the bathroom, playing in her room, in her sleep, it doesn't matter. So I guess I'm just used to it.
I really think you should always listen to your kids and never close the door to communication. There will come a day when they are teenagers that they will stop communicating and you will wish they would talk. Be interested....it's important.

you... LISTEN!!!! take the time to listen to your kid.. not many parents are lucky enough your kid shares things with you. dont miss out on things later on you might regret. :)
As the others have stated. Just listen. I have often began to offer some advice to my daughter and then she would get defensive. So I pretty much learned that she just needed to get things off her chest and for me just to listen. And if she would stop and ask me an actual question then I would give her some advice or use an example of something similar that happened to me at her age. It does help keep me informed of what's going on in their lives and all 3 of my children always come and tell me things on a daily basis.
Add: There has been times where my kids come home and began to babble about things that I do not find interesting. As much of a hypocrite as it may sound....I may tune some of it out and except it for what it is. They are just learning how to cope and deal with other children. But I still let them go because it does seem to make them feel better to have someone listen to them. But my mommy ears still pick up on things I need to be concerned about.
But I think why everyone is answering your question the way they are is because asking if your child had a good day is actually an open ended question that isn't exactly a yes or no question. For example, I asked my son if he put the clothes in the dryer. Instead of just saying no he got defensive and began to rant about how he was walking down there and the dog almost tripped him so it made him mad so he came back upstairs to watch tv. Instead of just saying no he went on with a rant when that was definitley just a yes or no question.
And how I dealt with that was to tell him that the dog making him angry isn't a good enough reason to not do what you were told. So go down and put the clothes in the dryer now. lol

I can't do this anymore. I am sorry this is long but I need to rant.?
I've tried to pull my life back together over the summer and until now, but its crumbling. I am crying a bit right now just typing this.
My dad lives in florida with my brother and sister and his wife, and I call him one weekend, he calls the next. He hasn't called in 2 weekends. My mom is a lost cause sadly, she promises/plans things and ditches me last minute. My brother lives with her and I really dislike her low life bf, but that I can do nothing about.
My two bestfriends who are twins seem to try to mix me with their school friends, (I don't go to the same school with them) and tonight I felt left out, and humiliated and alone when trick or treating. It seems my other friend whos Gay, only wants to talk to me when he has problems or wants to do something otherwise he doesn't answer me. I'm doing terribly in my french class and I'm trying so hard to love myself, but I can't.
I need to leave, I can't stand the negativity with my grandparents I live with, all I hear is yelling and criticism and I really have no good relationship with my grandmother, my arch rival/enemy. I can't stop looking to the future, my only escape out of this hell reality that will soon be my past. I want to get out of here, I need to move far away and I mean far far away. I'm only a soph. in highschool so I have 3 years left, but those 3 years are going to be vigorous. My long distance relationship is going in the gutter. He's out partying right now. I'm home with a headache and ready to crawl in bed and cry. He's coming to see me in 2 weeks. But right now I just want to escape away from everybody. I miss my father, and I miss the future that hasn't yet come, I miss the memories I never got to make. I want to cry, but I can't. I seem to get headaches rather than crying, and dreaming rather then thinking. My fantasies never relate to my reality and I don't know why I keep wanting to run from it all :(I can't do this anymore. I am sorry this is long but I need to rant.?

Volunteer at a women's and children shelter. Giving back always soothes the soul and make your problems seem so small and petty
Adopt a needy Pet. All that love and understanding you're longing for, you can share with an animal that has been neglected and rejected by his or her owners. Sharing that love with someone who will appreciate it will most definitely make your heart happy.
Change your life by making changes to yourself. Make it a point everyday to tell yourself that this is the day my life will be different. Whether you make amends with your arch enemy, and even if she isn't trying to make amends with you, you'll still know that you've done your best. Make time for you, you don't have to be apart of something bigger to feel good about yourself. Cut your phone off, rent a movie, do your hair, nails, order a pizza, and take care of yourself for a change.
Finally write every thing down, the best way to express yourself is to jot all the things in your head down so that one day you can look back on it and see how far you've come.I can't do this anymore. I am sorry this is long but I need to rant.?

Awww like all other things, this is just a phase in your life that will pass too. Try to stay positive (easier said than done) but try. Do things that make you happy, tell the people in your life that they are hurting your feelings by acting that way. They may not realize that their actions are hurting you.

use the years you have left at school to make the best future you can... who cares if you spend a few nights in alone. education really will open doors... maybe think about further education in a foreign county. Unless u have friends that stick with you thick and thin i wouldn't care too much about them. You will always makes new friends, some probably more on your level when you are following the same paths in life..... i know this is probably really hard to understand right now (felling low yea..) but the future is bright just make sure u fight for it and don't wory about too much now.
It would be a good idea to talk to someone about all of this. You sound like you have a tough life and have been dealt a bad hand. Are you a strong person? Can you endear 3 more years knowing that life will be better if you only rely on yourself, get to college and make something of yourself? I'm sorry your friends are not taking your friendship seriously, but let them know how you feel, nicely. Good luck
Take a look at what you do have. Sounds like you have a place to live and by that I would guess that you also have food. Many people in this world don't even have the basics to survive. Don't get me wrong, I think on occasion we are all guilty of becoming absorbed in our problems but it is at those moments that we need to look at the people around us and in other countries to help us put things in perspective.

My dad lives in florida with my brother and sister and his wife, and I call him one weekend, he calls the next. He hasn't called in 2 weekends. My mom is a lost cause sadly, she promises/plans things and ditches me last minute. My brother lives with her and I really dislike her low life bf, but that I can do nothing about.
My two bestfriends who are twins seem to try to mix me with their school friends, (I don't go to the same school with them) and tonight I felt left out, and humiliated and alone when trick or treating. It seems my other friend whos Gay, only wants to talk to me when he has problems or wants to do something otherwise he doesn't answer me. I'm doing terribly in my french class and I'm trying so hard to love myself, but I can't.
I need to leave, I can't stand the negativity with my grandparents I live with, all I hear is yelling and criticism and I really have no good relationship with my grandmother, my arch rival/enemy. I can't stop looking to the future, my only escape out of this hell reality that will soon be my past. I want to get out of here, I need to move far away and I mean far far away. Change your life by making changes to yourself. Make it a point everyday to tell yourself that this is the day my life will be different. Whether you make amends with your arch enemy, and even if she isn't trying to make amends with you, you'll still know that you've done your best. Make time for you, you don't have to be apart of something bigger to feel good about yourself. Cut your phone off, rent a movie, do your hair, nails, order a pizza, and take care of yourself for a change.
Finally write every thing down, the best way to express yourself is to jot all the things in your head down so that one day you can look back on it and see how far you've come.I can't do this anymore. I am sorry this is long but I need to rant.?

Awww like all other things, this is just a phase in your life that will pass too. Try to stay positive (easier said than done) but try. Do things that make you happy, tell the people in your life that they are hurting your feelings by acting that way. They may not realize that their actions are hurting you.

use the years you have left at school to make the best future you can... who cares if you spend a few nights in alone. education really will open doors... maybe think about further education in a foreign county. Unless u have friends that stick with you thick and thin i wouldn't care too much about them. I really have nothing to say about him, except from what I have heard. I believe his quotes about Obama and racism are completely unfounded, and I also believe that speech like this is going to encourage people to become violent and murderous towards the President, and that is not good.
Beck has made some dangerous and untrue statements about Obama and should correct himself and apologize. He may not agree with the President, but Obama is the democratically elected President of the USA and he should respect the office he holds. He needs to either recant what he has said, or get off the air because he is promoting violence.

Now I know this is a long time ago, but as you all know Iverson had a bit of problem with practice again. So what do you guys think about the 2006 rant, cuz after rewatching it, I get the feeling he didn't even know what he was saying. The reporter asked him about Cheeks comment on him skipping practice, but he went into a rant about how games are games and practices are practices, which didn't really make sense with the question.
Lastly I think this is the type of attitude Iverson brings to a team, while he is a far superior player than Billups, but he doesn't have the ability to bring the right attitude that can actually help a team win games.

Yeah, I think he knows what he's talking about. But even after that whole interview he still hasn't given a valid excuse to miss practice. Does KG miss practice?, does Kobe Bryant? Now I know this is a long time ago, but as you all know Iverson had a bit of problem with practice again. So what do you guys think about the 2006 rant, cuz after rewatching it, I get the feeling he didn't even know what he was saying. The reporter asked him about Cheeks comment on him skipping practice, but he went into a rant about how games are games and practices are practices, which didn't really make sense with the question.
Lastly I think this is the type of attitude Iverson brings to a team, while he is a far superior player than Billups, but he doesn't have the ability to bring the right attitude that can actually help a team win games.

Yeah, I think he knows what he's talking about. But even after that whole interview he still hasn't given a valid excuse to miss practice. Does KG miss practice?, does Kobe Bryant? I think he's a little bit pompus in that interview, because he thinks he's so good he doesn't need it. But he does, especially if he's trying to fit in with this Pistons team. Even if he didn't need the practice, it's part of his job to be there. I mean if other players who are better than him go to practice I think he should. In more simple terms he basically said If i miss a practice it doesnt matter because practice doesnt amount to the effort i give when it comes game time. Problem with boyfriends mum - what would you do if you were me? (sorry, bit of a rant!)?
My boyfriend %26amp; I have an 8 wk old son. Since he was born my boyfriends mum has only seen him twice. The first time we brought him over to hers on Christmas day (when he was 5 days old) %26amp; she just spent the whole time complaining that her family had spoilt her day because she wanted to have her dinner early %26amp; couldn't now because they were all turning up later than they had said. When my boyfriends grandmother turned up she spent most of the time arguing with her, so little interest was shown in our baby. The second time she saw him was when he was 5 weeks old %26amp; my boyfriend brought him over. I decided not to go because I was annoyed with her. We are living with my parents at the moment while we wait to get a place of our own again, so they spend a lot of time helping out with their grandson.
My boyfriends mother only lives about 15 mins away, and though she doesn't drive she could get a bus or cab over but doesn't bother. What really annoys me is she just doesn't seem interested!Problem with boyfriends mum - what would you do if you were me? (sorry, bit of a rant!)?
I personally would make the effort to see her. I think family is very important. You should always have big love for family. She is getting old and it is exhausting to move about and if she can't drive it is a hassle to take a cab or bus. But, I would not do it on and off like that. It is your choice to cut her out, but if you do it should be permanent. There are a few reasons why she is like this:
1) she is selfish
2) she will never change
3) she doesn't ';DO'; babies
4) it is HER loss that she will never know your son the way you and your boyfriend do! Be thankful you are loving your son every day and have the opportunity to get to know him. IT IS A BLESSING from GOD to have children. Some people never learn this lesson.
5) invite her to any major events in your son's life, but DO NOT expect to see her. If she doesn't show up, don't be surprised. After all, I've already told you the number one secret to her: (see number 1).
My kids are now 25, 22, and 16. Neither my mother-in-law nor my Mother ever spent more than 30 minutes with any of them in their entire lives, since they were such a ';bother';. Totally THEIR loss. I used to be so upset when I had my first child, but then, I realized secret number 1. It has changed my attitude about them. They will never change.

She sounds like a bitter old woman. It sounds like there is no point trying to reason with her.
Your boyfriend must feel stuck in the middle. At least he's done the decent thing and tried to confront her about what her problem is.
I don't think you should exclude her from anything - although I understand why you don't want her around. It will only give her more ammunition - not only will she think you're trying to keep her away from his other baby; but away from her, also.
If you can't speak to her yourself and try to get to the root of the problem, try to take the upper hand. Give her NOTHING to complain about.
Try to suggest meetings between your boyfriend and his other baby and show that you have no problem with his ex, or with his other baby.
Try to rise above his mother's bitching. Don't ***** about her to anyone in the family - including your boyfriend. Don't let her bully you, and of course if you are upset mention it to your boyfriend, but don't badmouth her. If you come across as logical and mature, she is going to come across as more of a *****.
Let his mother and ex cackle away - you're the one he's going to spend his life with.
She SHOULD ask to see her grandchild - but she obviously has a chip on her shoulder. Take the upper hand and actually say ';would you like to see ____ this weekend?'; If you start the ball rolling, it will only look bad on her if she refuses or continues to talk about you.
Honestly - try to rise above it, don't talk about her to your boyfriend (if you currently do) and don't put a foot wrong for the next month. If your behaviour is brilliant, she will only look more and more worse in comparison.

You are your 'own family unit' now, and as selfish as that seems, you and your boyfriend have three priorities, yourselves, your baby and your b/f's other child, his mum takes the fourth priority, in terms of importance.
His mum has her life, her boyfriend and her routines, and she seems to have her own issues to deal with along these lines, whether they include you or not.
Obviously, there are going to be things said on both sides, that's families for you, and your b/f's ex has probably 'bore the front' of his mums tongue before now, but this doesn't mean that you have to as well, nor does it mean that his mum has to come between you both, or disrupt your household and family.
Ignore her comments, don't let her 'wind you up', wait till she asks to see the baby (she will eventually, because jealousy and interest will consume her regarding the babe and your parents) but say to her, ';anytime you wish to see your grandchild etc';, without making actual dates/plans...
say it 'loud and clear' in front of your b/f then he cannot say you 'haven't tried..then leave it to her.
Things will work out, but don't stress yourself, you're a good mum, who's made every effort, there's nothing more you can do right now.

What Sprint phones can sync up with Sync in a Ford Flex? Specifically, the Lotus, The Rant, and the Rumor 2?
We recently bought a new a car (a Ford Flex), that came with Sync. This is great, except the phone I have ( a rumor) does not work with Sync at all. I am getting a new phone in June and I want it to work with Sync. I really don't want to have to get the data plan (an extra $500 a year. Eek!) just to use this feature in my car. The only other requirement is that it has a full keyboard, because I need to be able to text. Ford does have a website that (supposedly) says which phones work but its outdated and therefore innacurate. Does anybody have/know of a phone with a full keyboard that can connect with Microsoft Sync? My theories of imperfection and religion and yes i know it sounds like a stupid rant, but just think about it.

the reason i ask is because the last time i saw my Dr he said my son was small for me being almost 6 month and mind you i,m a small women 4'7 and his dad is 6'4 but i,m tiny so you would think my son is not going to be a big baby i mean normal weight when born but i,m tiny so anyway,he also said it had one artery and vein in the umbilical cord so i said Ok and then he said later i would be put on bed-rest but i don't understand why he would not say when i asked. and he also has done a chromisone abnormalites test and has had it in his office for 2 days and i have try-ed to call him and ask what the results are but he has failed to call me back and i was told to stop calling so i,m not going to call anymore i try-ed to change and no one will except me because he is the only high risk Dr in my area .so my question is what exactaly is a chrmoisone test done for and also why where you put on bed rest thanks for responding and sorry for ranting and by the way i,m know 6 months and 4 daysHas anyone ever been put ion bed rest and for what??? and i need to rant cause i,m agrovated?

It is hard to be on bed rest, very frusterating but do it for the well being of your baby. If you are uncomfortable with your doctor I would keep trying to find a doctor that will accept you as a patient. You need to be comfortable with the care you receive. Either way I would really push to find out the answers to your questions regarding your situation. I am sorry to hear you are frustrated. this is my second pregnancy and I have been placed on bed rest both times due to pre-eclampsia (BP condition). I know it's frustrating when the dr.'s don't call back right away, but no news is usually good news. They would call you right away if there was something seriously wrong. As for the size of your baby. Just because you are small doesn't necessarily mean anything when it comes to your baby. I am thinking your dr. is just taking every necessary precaution which is a good thing. You want a healthy baby, and I am sure your dr. will do everything to ensure that. Take care, and good luck.

I was on bed rest for like 7 months.. I was miserable and hated it, I read a lot, cried a lot. But I managed to make it. Good Luck..

Frankly, I reject the entire premise of your faux culture. What the hell is “Emo” anyway? Ask ten Emo kids and you’ll get ten different answers. You can mope around all you want, but I can’t respect your lifestyle if you can’t even reach a consensus about what constitutes your music.

Emo kids give black (the shade/colour) a bad name. They write terrible poetry in their journal or notebook, and then they paste it on some stupid site like ';Vampirefreaks';. Emo kids generally wear tight pants. If you are a guy, and you are not wearing a size 3 pair of girls jeans, you are probably an emo outcast (as in, you can't even hang with the other cry-babies). They also always have long bangs covering one of their eyes, in either a dark shade of brown, or black.
Emo kids act like their sadness is the end of the world. They are self centered, and believe that the fact that their relationship is over, also means that a) everybody cares and/or b) their life is over. They don't take into consideration that they live in a warm house with a family, and just how lucky they are to have that. When emo kids die from slitting their wrists, everyone cheers.
I will rejoyce the day every whiny emo kid moves on with their life and decide to make a difference in the world instead of locking themselves up and crying their eyes out.
If all of the emo kids left their rooms, or dropped their pens and diaries, and go out and voulenteer or do something that will actually benefit the ******* sake of humanity, this world will actuall be a better place.
All of those emo kids that believe that love can cure anything, then they should get off of their ';broken'; heart-asses and go out there and find someone that will make them forget the last person who dumped them because they were probably fed up with their whining!

Emo is basically music that the singers express the emotions clearly and without covering up how they feel. Dashboard Confessionals is probuly the best example....sure he is winey...but he doesn't wear make-up or black....so that is an incorrect stereotype of the 'Emo' genre.
The make-up wearing and black clothed poeple are mainly post-hardcore followers.
Real emo's don't dress in black with eye make-up, they are just like the average person. The people with all the crap on the outside, are just trying to fit in with what they believe is different.....
Emo music is not specific to one genre! Every band you like/love probably has a essence of emo in it because they are expressing how they feel about certain situations and beliefs.
So all you haters....get the ***** over your stereotypes and wake up and except people for who they really are, not what they look like!

all my songs on my itunes are AAC and thats the same right version my phone needs.... i just dont know how to like put the songs from my itunes to my phone's music folder??? can someone help me get them into my phone so i can listen to them when ever i want cuzmy dad said he didnt want me to use sprint music store... so ya if any1 could help that would be great!!!!!! im going crazy i cant do it i have been trying to figure it out and mess with things for about 2 hours!!! ugh!! so one help pretty please!!!Can i transfer my songs on my itunes to my music folder on my samsung rant? if so how?

Because Republicans gave corporations person-hood so they can give money to candidates. Because a third party cannot put up the money it takes to win against the two corporate funded candidates it is not worth it so we have to go with the party that is more likely to public funded election, these days Obama is the only one attempting to change the system.

I'm 25 and a student at a major university in Washington state.
During high school, I slacked a lot, got less-than-stellar grades, so I knew by 11th grade that I probably wasn't one of my college-bound peers - when they were doing college visitations, and anxiously and eagerly filling out applications, I, uhm, well, wasn't. I didn't really care.
So I did the community-college track, interspersed with work. Eventually, I finished and got my AA.
It's a long story, but the fact that I'm in a real college at all is a bit unintended - or at least not something I planned for.
Well, I'm sick of school - always was. I mean, I'm actually quite intelligent - I'm always immersed in some book or enriching myself in some other way.
Just, like, the structure of school doesn't click with me, especially that of a real university. It's just like high school, except I have to do more work - it's still all about grades, homework, and projects.

First, may I suggest counseling, as in see the college counselor to be sure you aren't depressed (literally.) If something like depression is causing your apathy, perhaps you'll feel better if it could be treated and you could really FEEL like doing something.
Barring that, I agree that you should find something you like to do (to earn a living)...something that's legal, that will earn you sufficient money, and just go for it. Be aware, though, that if it doesn't bring in ';enough'; money, you're in for a tough haul. When -- if -- you marry and have kids, you'll need food, shelter, clothing, medical insurance and $ for medical care overall, $ for transportation, etc.
One of my relatives went to an excellent college but didn't want to work for ';the establishment'; and has ended up bouncing around from job to job... all fairly low paying and none terribly satisfying. It's been a struggle, financially, all along, and from my perspective is a difficult road.

You haven't set any goals for yourself. Goals keep us, well, alive. It keeps us motivated to go out and get things and try things. When we're surrounded by negativity, these aspirations tend to diminish, and our lives most likely become miserable. You need to set some goals for yourself, don't you want to have a high style of life, so you can buy/do anything you want, not being eaten alive by low paying jobs that can hardly pay bills on time, much much less luxury items? This uninterest in pursuing life is usually a sign of depression (or spoiledness by parents)
There isn't anything wrong with you. College isn't for everybody and it has nothing to do with intelligence. *gasp* You have an AA, which will help you in the job market. The questions are: What do you enjoy most? What jobs have you had that you really enjoy? What makes you tick?

For every drunk college student who now regrets it, there are dozens of people who have tattoos that they have had done that are a reflection of who they are, and/or have a

Even though billions and billions of dollars worldwide have been spent to research and understand our planet and place in the universe, people deny these efforts. Our science has even taken us out into the universe to other planets to piece it all together. Even though billions and billions of dollars worldwide have been spent to research and understand our planet and place in the universe, people deny these efforts. Our science has even taken us out into the universe to other planets to piece it all together. You have millions of people under the oceans, climbing mountains, digging deep down into the earth to condense for us in a books of their findings.You would think people would be grateful..but you would be wrong. You have those that would say, I don't care. I only need to know one book my whole life. The bible is a book that does no research whatsoever and its seen as fact. Spend time with either new or existing real friends, avoid the ';junky-bunch'; of ex-friends. Start showing your good side to another(s) worth your attention. We cant always get proper restitution for unfair occurrences, some are beyond our capacity to recover weather its financial, trust, or time spent with. The best thing is not to mess your future up thinking about it further and to spend your valuable future in a direction which makes you feel better. This is not continuing a dog-fight with the ';junky-bunch'; and their leader. Have a happy future...

You should try to avoid places they might be or go. And if you ever see them just ignore them or you could probably insult them in public or try to degrade them, that way they'll feel like the whole world sees exactly what they are.
Kinda like a public humiliation, and in no way you stoop to their level, you're just defending your dignity and showing that you need to be respected for whom you are or you ever were to them.
Ignore him and them. Don't give them the satisfaction of knowing they are getting to you. Keep those feelings inside when they are around and it will stop. They can say what they want and do what they want. It isn't going to hurt you. If it gets physical then report the behavior to an authoritative figure.
